Good garden lighting turns a patio into somewhere you’ll actually use in the evening. On this garden we installed:
- Step lights so the steps are safe after dark
- Fence and wall lights along the patio
- Uplighting on the trees and planting for depth
Outdoor circuits need weatherproof fittings, suitable cable and RCD protection. If you’re having a new patio or landscaping done, it’s easiest to run the cables before the paving goes down.
